It was the end of August 2019 when, after a very "educational" summer, I was organizing the activities of the upcoming school year with many dreams and appetite. For some strange reason my planning was going on until the following February but I thought life would show me what would be useful to do next...

This summer I was blessed to visit Antipaxos, a small Greek island with concentrated beauty in the Ionian sea. And there, in front of the magic turquoise waters I promised myself: whatever happens, whichever wave of life I face, to always remember this blue… the bright, the crystal, the clear...

Spring 2020. A spring different from the others.
It was a moment in this spring that people stopped breathing. The mind was bemused as to which scenario to accept, which need to cover, how to react to the pieces of its reality that thundered their presence...

Some magical moments in life the purpose, the meaning, the vision, the reality, all are concentrated and appear in front of us through an image, a phrase, a smell, a touch. And the message is so clear, that it penetrates all our cells at once and any other thought is sidelined...

I woke up and saw the sun rays entering playfully through the balcony door. I heard some birds chatting, some cars passing by, the neighbor preparing something in the kitchen...

Summer. July. Monday.
Beginning of the month, beginning of the week, beginning of the rest of our lives.
In a month of eclipses, month of elections, month of choices.
For one more time during the last years, life brings us face to face with the way we live, with what we have built and what we carry on our shoulders...

It's a magical feeling to see trees full of flowers with colours in all shades of white and pink, to hear small birds singing with the first sun rays and to smell wildflowers defying the cold March bursts.
It's also magical to feel that, together with nature, our inner self is also awakening...

We live in an era where multiple years data are reversed, everyday events alternate with amazing speed and the perception of life that most of people have seems to be light years away from where we were a decade ago. The only constant in the present moment is variability, while finding balance in personal and collective level constitutes a huge daily challenge.
Where to start from, though, to approach balance?...
